Smith And Vine, one of Brooklyns most beloved wine and spirits retail shops is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Manager to join our team at a bustling neighborhood wine and spirits shop.
The Stock Manager will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is well-organized, adequately stocked, and visually appealing. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage vendor relationships, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily receiving of orders
-Store detailing, stocking, organizing inventory
-Assist buyers with inventory management and purchase orders
Qualifications:
-1+ years of retail wine or spirits experience
-Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
